Data Deletion
To request deletion of personal information associated with a Teksiq account or WhatsApp interaction, submit a deletion request through the Teksiq support/account channel. Include the account email or WhatsApp number concerned and the organisation name where applicable.
Teksiq will verify the requester's identity and authority before deleting customer records. Where a business organisation controls the submitted information, Teksiq may need to coordinate the request with that organisation.
After verification, information that is not required for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business-record obligations will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until normal backup rotation completes.
